It also has diuretic, wound healing, and emollient effects.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;txt-know&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>Curiosities:<\/h4>\n<p>Marshmallow roots should be used as soon as possible after harvesting, because they mould easily.<br \/>\nSeveral species of this family are grown in gardens or as ornamental plants in homes.
